The collection of rectangular steel waste bins stands out for its strength and practicality. Made with a heavy-duty steel sheet frame, this collection is designed to withstand the most demanding urban environments. The bins feature two symmetrical panels, one fixed and the other hinged, functioning as a door equipped with a snap-lock for security and protection. The sack holder ring ensures easy waste collection, while the rain cover provides additional weather protection. Ideal for installation in parks, squares, and other public spaces, this bin combines functionality with an elegant design.
The architecture and design studio Staubach Kuckertz was founded in Berlin in 1995 by designer Prof. Helmut Staubach and architect Eng. Uwe Kuckertz. The combination of their two areas of expertise allows the studio to work on a wide range of projects: architecture, civil engineering, product design, graphic design, and scenography. The studio also has extensive experience in planning for the public transportation construction sector.
The completed projects cover a broad spectrum, from railway stations to urban transport system installations, as well as the design of public spaces and roofing systems. Urban furniture designed by Staubach Kuckertz can be found in many European cities and overseas.
