Functional spaces and landscape quality in Marcianise

The headquarters of Casco, located in the industrial area of Marcianise (CE), has been completed with the addition of outdoor spaces that combine operational functions, daily breaks, and social moments.

The project is divided into two distinct areas, each with its own language and unique finishes. One of these areas is dedicated to the entrance and features Tree Line and Lorenz seating arranged to form a planted island, together with large-format black-and-white paving slabs.

The other areas, set within a green space with lawn and shrub beds, feature paving in brighter colours. Here, a composition of Diamante 45° seating with wooden accessories forms a C-shape that recalls the company logo. A further area is equipped with round tables and wooden seats from the Break Time collection, accompanied by a Yes litter bin in painted steel.

Metalco furnishings help create a contemporary and coherent environment, where comfort, durability, and aesthetic quality are an integral part of the project.
