Cristo Protetor
At the top of Morro das Antenas, in Encantado/RS, stands Cristo Protetor, the largest statue of Christ in the world.
Beyond the monumental architecture, the space was also designed to welcome visitors, encourage them to linger, and enhance their experience.
It is in this context that Metalco’s furnishings were integrated into the project.
The Stone benches contribute to the composition of the complex’s outdoor spaces, creating a visual connection with the monument’s concrete architecture.
More than just functional elements, the furnishings contribute to enhancing the tourist attractions, strengthening the spaces’ identity, and enhancing the visitor experience.

Christ the Protector (Cristo Protetor) is a gigantic statue of Jesus, approximately 43.5 metres high (including the pedestal), located in the town of Encantado, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in southern Brazil.
