A collection of powder-coated steel benches with a minimalist and contemporary design, available with or without backrest. Models MSD, MP, and MS are crafted from a single laser-cut steel sheet, featuring elegant circular perforations that add visual lightness and urban appeal. Models MSDT, MPT, and MST include a seat made of steel tubes supported by two sheet metal sides. MSD and MSDT models offer double-sided seating, making them ideal for open, central areas where seating is required on both sides.
The architecture and design studio Staubach Kuckertz was founded in Berlin in 1995 by designer Prof. Helmut Staubach and architect Eng. Uwe Kuckertz. The combination of their two areas of expertise allows the studio to work on a wide range of projects: architecture, civil engineering, product design, graphic design, and scenography. The studio also has extensive experience in planning for the public transportation construction sector.
The completed projects cover a broad spectrum, from railway stations to urban transport system installations, as well as the design of public spaces and roofing systems. Urban furniture designed by Staubach Kuckertz can be found in many European cities and overseas.
