Renata Giacomini was born in Treviso in 1959 and graduated in Architecture from IUAV in 1985.
In 1989, she founded her own studio and immediately began collaborating with furniture companies in the northeast of Italy, including Mimo, Twils, Giaiotti, IB Contract, and Gruppo Home’s. For these companies, she worked on coordinated brand identity, showroom design, and exhibition stands.
From 2000 onwards, she began focusing on interior design, collaborating with the Italian hotel chain Fabbri Hotels. She designed two ninety-room hotels in Verona and Reggio Emilia. In 2007, she presented the Low Energy Room at Host in Milan, a project aimed at the eco-sustainable renovation of existing hotels.
