Obregia Bridge (Pasajul Europa Unită)

At the intersection of Alexandru Obregia Boulevard and Metalurgiei, the new bridge was designed as more than infrastructure. Metalco created the sculptural façade elements that wrap the structure, while the extensive LED lighting, running for several kilometres, was supplied through Eclatec and GHM. The project illustrates Metalco’s role as creative director and the connector between design, engineering and production, unifying architecture, furniture and light into a single identity.
